Vital Care is Petco’s premium wellness membership. In support of your dog’s whole health and wellness, Vital Care offers unlimited access to grooming, vet exams and quality perks. We rebranded Vital Care in its entirety, from tip to tail.
Vital Care Membership
Vital Care (Plus) is Petco’s pet wellness membership program. Divided into two tier offerings, free and paid, Vital Care delivers premium access to unlimited grooming, vet exams and general perks. The team at Petco wanted a brand that honored both their core Masterbrand design, but was also a clear premium departure. In addition to maintaining a simplified and refined visual look and feel, the system had to be hard working enough to capture the services and products offered at Petco.
From naming the product architecture to redrawing icons, we visually overhauled their entire membership program. The ultimate delivery included a robust and detailed brand guideline to maintain the high standards of Vital Care.
Brand Guidelines
Developed a comprehensive brand book to detail the Vital Care rebrand. Rules outlined messaging, logomark construction, color, type, photography, iconography, applications and membership tiers unification.
